How to Cook Stir Fry Chicken?

Slice chicken breast or thighs into thin, even pieces

Season with salt, pepper, and a little soy sauce

Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat

Add oil and let it get hot

Add chicken in a single layer

Stir fry until browned and cooked through

Remove chicken from the pan

Add more oil if needed

Add vegetables such as bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, or onions

Stir fry vegetables until crisp-tender

Add garlic and ginger

Return chicken to the pan

Add stir fry sauce made from soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and a little cornstarch slurry

Toss everything together until coated and thickened

Serve hot with rice or noodles
