Select the pattern, clip, note, or item you want to copy
Press Ctrl+C to copy
Click where you want to paste
Press Ctrl+V to paste
To duplicate quickly, hold Shift and drag the item
To copy and paste notes in the Piano Roll, select the notes first, then use Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V
To copy and paste patterns in the Playlist, select the pattern clip first, then use Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V
To copy and paste mixer settings, right-click the mixer track and use the copy and paste options
To copy and paste channel settings, open the channel menu and use copy and paste
To paste in place, use Ctrl+Shift+V if available in your workflow
To duplicate a step sequence, right-click and use the duplicate or clone option
