Gather a hoop, string or cord, yarn or thread, beads, feathers, scissors, and glue
Wrap the hoop tightly with string or cord
Tie one end of the thread to the hoop
Loop the thread around the hoop at regular intervals to form the first inner ring
Continue weaving the thread in a circular pattern, attaching it to each loop as you go
Add beads onto the thread if desired while weaving
Keep weaving inward until you reach the center
Tie off the thread securely at the center
Cut a length of string for hanging and attach it to the top of the hoop
Cut several strands of string for the bottom fringe
Attach feathers and beads to the fringe strands
Secure all knots and trim any excess string
Hang the dreamcatcher in your chosen place
