Open Photoshop and import the photo
Crop the image to a portrait ratio if needed
Go to Image > Image Size
Set the required passport dimensions
Set resolution to 300 ppi
Go to Image > Canvas Size
Set the final photo size if needed
Adjust brightness and contrast if required
Remove or replace the background with a plain white or light-colored background
Center the face and keep the head within the required frame
Make sure the eyes are level and the face is clearly visible
Create a new document with the passport photo size
Copy and paste the edited photo into the new document
Position the photo correctly on the canvas
Duplicate the photo if multiple copies are needed on one sheet
Go to File > Save As and save in the required format
Export or print the photo at the correct size
