How To Rotate Photo In Photoshop?

Open the photo in Photoshop

Select the layer you want to rotate

Go to Edit

Choose Transform

Select Rotate

Drag outside a corner to rotate manually

Press Enter or Return to apply the rotation

Use Image

Choose Image Rotation

Select 90° Clockwise

Select 90° Counter Clockwise

Select 180°

Save the file
