How To Rotate Image In Photoshop?

Open the image in Photoshop

Select the layer you want to rotate

Go to Edit

Choose Transform

Select Rotate

Drag outside the corner of the image to rotate freely

Press Enter or Return to apply the rotation

Use Image

Choose Image Rotation

Select 90° Clockwise

Select 90° Counter Clockwise

Select 180°

Select Arbitrary to enter a custom angle
