Select the data range
Make sure the data has headers
Click the Insert tab
Click PivotTable
Choose the table or range
Choose where to place the PivotTable
Click OK
Drag fields to Rows
Drag fields to Columns
Drag fields to Values
Drag fields to Filters
Adjust the value calculation if needed
Format the PivotTable if needed
Refresh the PivotTable when the source data changes
