Wash the mango
Place it on a cutting board
Find the flat pit in the center
Slice off one side of the mango, about 1/4 inch from the center
Slice off the other side of the mango
Score the flesh of each half in a grid pattern without cutting through the skin
Push the skin side up to pop the cubes outward
Cut the cubes off the skin with a knife or spoon
Trim the remaining flesh from around the pit
Peel the skin if needed and slice the remaining mango flesh
