Measure the loaf pan length and width
Cut one strip for the bottom and long sides
Make the strip long enough to hang over the ends for easy lifting
Cut a second strip for the bottom and short sides if needed
Fold the parchment to fit the corners neatly
Press the parchment into the pan to check the fit
Trim any excess so it lies flat
Leave a slight overhang on the long sides for removal
Use scissors or a sharp knife for clean edges
Grease the pan lightly if you want the parchment to stay in place
