Clamp the sheet securely to a stable work surface
Score the line repeatedly with an acrylic scoring knife or utility knife
Snap the sheet cleanly along the scored line over a table edge
Use a fine-tooth saw for thicker sheets
Use a jigsaw with a fine-tooth blade for curved cuts
Use a circular saw or table saw with a blade designed for plastics
Cut slowly to reduce chipping and melting
Support the sheet fully during cutting
Keep the blade moving steadily without forcing it
Sand the cut edge with fine-grit sandpaper
Wear safety glasses and gloves
Remove protective film only after cutting is complete
