Enter your Apple ID
Choose how you want to verify (email, phone number, or security questions if prompted)
Follow the on-screen steps to reset your password or regain access
If you forgot your password, select “Reset Password” and create a new password
If you can’t access your trusted phone number or email, select the option to reset using account recovery
Wait for account recovery if prompted and check the status at https://iforgot.apple.com
If you’re locked out or need to regain access, use https://iforgot.apple.com and complete verification
If you suspect your Apple ID is locked or disabled, contact Apple Support at https://support.apple.com
Sign in on your Apple devices after recovery using the new password
If you need to update recovery details, use Settings (or System Settings) > your name > Password & Security after you regain access
