Log in to your PayPal account
Go to Settings
Click Account settings
Find Account options
Select Close your account
Follow the on-screen prompts
Confirm the account closure
Resolve any remaining balance, disputes, or limitations before closing
Download any needed transaction records before deactivation
Note that some accounts may need to be closed through PayPal customer support
