Place the honey in a microwave-safe glass jar or bowl (lid removed or loosely covered).
Microwave in short intervals (10–30 seconds), stirring thoroughly between intervals.
Stop when the honey becomes smooth and fully liquid.
If needed, repeat short heating and stirring until crystallization dissolves.
Use a warm water bath if you prefer no microwave:
Set the jar in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water.
Stir occasionally.
Replace water with warmer water as needed until smooth.
Keep water out of the honey to prevent dilution.
Avoid high heat and prolonged heating to reduce quality changes.
If honey is only slightly crystallized, stirring alone may help after gentle warming.
Let the honey cool slightly before sealing and storing.
