Keep the water warm, not boiling
Stir the honey occasionally
Replace the water if it cools down
Repeat until the crystals dissolve
Use a double boiler on very low heat if needed
Remove the honey from heat as soon as it becomes smooth
Avoid microwaving for long periods
Keep the lid loosely closed while warming
Store the honey at room temperature after decrystallizing
