Open the document in Word for Mac
Go to the page you want to delete
Click anywhere on that page
Press Command + A if you want to select all content in the document, or drag to select the content on that page
Press Delete or Backspace
If the page is blank, click at the end of the previous page and press Delete until the blank page disappears
If needed, turn on formatting marks with Command + 8
Delete any paragraph marks, page breaks, or section breaks on the unwanted page
Save the document
