Open Gmail on a computer or in the Gmail app
Go to the Promotions tab
Click or tap the checkbox at the top to select all visible emails
Click or tap the option to select all conversations in Promotions if it appears
Click or tap Delete
Empty the Trash folder if you want to permanently remove the emails
Repeat the process if more Promotions emails remain on additional pages
