Open Finder
Click Go in the menu bar
Select Go to Folder
Type `~/Library/Caches`
Press Return
Open the folders you want to clear
Select the files inside
Move them to the Trash
Empty the Trash
Repeat for `/Library/Caches` if needed
Restart your Mac
