Open Instagram and go to your Direct Messages
Open the group chat you want to delete
Tap the group name at the top
Tap Members or People
Remove all members from the group
Leave the group yourself
If you are not the creator, ask the creator to remove everyone and leave
If needed, mute or archive the chat to hide it from your inbox
Note that Instagram does not have a direct delete group option for everyone at once
