Open the PhonePe app
Tap your profile picture or profile icon
Go to Settings
Open Privacy and Security or Data and Privacy
Look for Clear History, Delete Activity, or Manage Data
Select the history or transaction data you want to remove
Confirm the deletion if the option is available
Clear app cache from your phone settings if you want to remove local app data
Uninstall and reinstall the app if you want to remove stored app data from the device
Note that transaction records may not be fully deletable from PhonePe due to financial and legal requirements
