Open the PhonePe app
Go to the History or Transactions section
Select the payment you want to remove
Check if a delete or hide option is available
If available, tap Delete or Hide
If no delete option is shown, payment history cannot be manually deleted
Contact PhonePe support for help with account-related history concerns
You can clear app cache or app data to remove local device records only
Log out and uninstall the app if you want to remove it from your phone only
