Open the YouTube app or website
Sign in to your account
Go to YouTube History
Select Search history
Click or tap Delete
Choose Delete all search history
Confirm the deletion
To remove a single search, find it in history
Click or tap the X or Remove next to that search
To pause future search history saving, go to History settings
Turn off Search history
On mobile, you can also go to Settings
Open Manage all history
Choose Auto-delete or delete specific activity
