Open the app or website and sign in
Go to Settings or Account Settings
Open Security or Privacy settings
Find Two-Factor Authentication, 2FA, or Multi-Factor Authentication
Select Turn Off, Disable, or Remove
Confirm your password or verification code if prompted
Save the changes
Check that 2FA is no longer enabled in your account security settings
