2 tablespoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons hot water
Whisk the coffee, sugar, and hot water together until thick and fluffy
Continue whisking until the mixture forms stiff peaks
Fill a glass with milk
Add ice if desired
Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of the milk
Stir before drinking if desired
