Open the Instagram app
Go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Tap Settings and privacy
Tap Accounts Center
Tap Accounts
Select your Facebook account
Tap Remove from Accounts Center
Confirm the removal
If needed, open Facebook
Go to Settings and privacy
Open Accounts Center
Remove the Instagram account there as well
