Tap the share icon or the three-dot menu on the Reel
If the download option is available, tap Download
If there is no download option, copy the Reel link
Open a trusted Reel downloader website or app
Paste the copied link into the downloader
Tap Download or Save
Choose the video quality if prompted
Save the Reel to your device
Check your gallery or downloads folder for the saved file
