Place the dry ice in a well-ventilated area
Leave it at room temperature to sublimate naturally
Keep it away from children, pets, and enclosed spaces
Do not put dry ice in a sink, toilet, trash compactor, or sealed container
Do not dispose of it in a closed garbage bag or airtight bin
Allow all dry ice to fully disappear before discarding the container
