How To Do A Burpee?

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart

Lower into a squat and place hands on the floor

Jump or step feet back into a plank position

Keep body straight in the plank

Lower chest to the floor if doing a full burpee

Push back up to the plank

Jump or step feet forward to your hands

Stand up and jump straight up with arms overhead

Repeat for the desired number of reps
