Select the text that needs a hanging indent
Open the Paragraph settings
Set the Left indent to where the first line should start
Set the Hanging indent value to where subsequent lines should start (e.g., 0.5 in or 1.27 cm)
Ensure the Special setting is set to Hanging
Click OK or Apply
