Open Excel and enter your data in two columns
Put the X-axis values in one column
Put the Y-axis values in the next column
Highlight both columns of data
Go to the Insert tab
Click Scatter in the Charts group
Choose the scatter graph style you want
Add chart title, axis titles, and labels if needed
Format the chart if desired
Save your workbook
