Stand with your back foot on the tail and your front foot near the middle of the board
Bend your knees and keep your weight centered
Pop the tail down hard with your back foot
Jump upward as the tail hits the ground
Slide your front foot up toward the nose to level the board
Keep your knees tucked while the board rises
Stay balanced over the board
Let the board come up with you
Land with both feet over the bolts
Bend your knees to absorb the landing
