Place your hands lightly behind your head
Lift your shoulders and upper back off the ground
Bring your right elbow toward your left knee while straightening your right leg
Switch sides by bringing your left elbow toward your right knee while straightening your left leg
Continue alternating sides in a pedaling motion
Keep your core engaged throughout the movement
Move in a controlled manner
Avoid pulling on your neck
Repeat for the desired number of reps or time
