How To Do Vajrasana?

Kneel on the floor with your knees together and toes pointing backward

Keep your big toes touching and sit back on your heels

Place your hands on your thighs

Keep your back straight and shoulders relaxed

Rest your head in line with your spine

Close your eyes and breathe normally

Stay in the pose for as long as comfortable

To exit, lift your hips and come back to a kneeling position
