Open the Google Maps app
Sign in to your Google account
Search for the place or area you want to save
Tap the place name or area at the bottom of the screen
Tap the three-dot menu or More
Select Download offline map
Adjust the map area if needed
Tap Download
Wait for the download to finish
Access saved maps from your profile or Offline maps section
