Open Dropbox in your web browser or app
Sign in to your Dropbox account
Locate the file or folder you want to download
Select the file or folder
Click or tap Download
If downloading a folder, choose whether to download as a ZIP file
Save the file to your device when prompted
Check your Downloads folder or chosen save location
On mobile, use the share or export option if Download is not shown
On desktop, right-click the file and select Download if available
