Open Instagram and go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Select Your activity or Accounts Center
Tap Download your information
Choose the account and data format
Enter your email address if prompted
Select the date range, file format, and media quality if available
Tap Create files or Request download
Wait for Instagram to prepare your data
Open the email from Instagram
Tap the download link
Sign in if required
Download and save the file to your device
