Open Instagram and find the Reel you want to save
Tap the share icon on the Reel
Select Copy Link
Open a trusted Instagram Reel downloader website or app
Paste the copied link into the downloader
Tap Download or Save
Choose the video quality if options are available
Save the Reel to your device
If the Reel is your own, open it in Instagram, tap the three dots, and use Save to device if available
Make sure you have permission to download and use the Reel
