Open Instagram and find the Reel you want to download
Tap the share icon on the Reel
Check whether the creator has enabled the download option
If the download option is available, tap Download
If no download option is available, copy the Reel link
Use a trusted third-party Reel downloader website or app
Paste the copied link into the downloader
Select the download quality if prompted
Tap Download and save the file to your device
If needed, use your device’s screen recording feature instead
Make sure you have permission to download and reuse the Reel
