If available, tap Download
If no download option appears, use your device’s screenshot feature
Crop the screenshot to keep only the image
Use a browser on a desktop to open the post if needed
Save the image from the browser if the site allows it
Use Instagram’s data download tool to request your account data
Avoid downloading images you do not have permission to use
