Use Instagram’s built-in Save feature to bookmark the post for later viewing
If you own the video, open the post, tap the three dots, and choose Download or Save to device if available
On mobile, copy the video link from the Instagram post
Open a trusted Instagram video downloader website or app
Paste the copied link into the downloader
Select the video quality if options are available
Tap Download and save the file to your device
If the video is in your Instagram archive or drafts, export it from the app if supported
Use screen recording on your phone or computer if direct download is not available
Make sure you have permission to download and reuse the video before saving it
