Visit the official TRACES portal
Log in using your PAN, user ID, password, and captcha
Go to the Downloads section
Select Form 16, Form 16A, or the required TDS certificate type
Choose the assessment year and quarter
Enter the required details such as PAN and TAN
Submit the request
Download the certificate once it is available
Save or print the TDS certificate for your records
