Draw a small curved line for the outer top of the ear
Extend the line downward in a larger C-shape
Add a second inner curve following the outer shape

Add a curved line in the middle for the inner ear structure
Draw a small bump near the lower inner section
Connect the bottom of the ear with a soft curve
Refine the outline to make the ear shape smoother
Erase extra sketch lines
Add light shading inside the folds and edges
