Draw a circle using a compass or round object
Draw a starting radius from the center to the edge
Measure the first angle from the starting radius with a protractor
Draw the next radius to form the first slice
Repeat measuring angles and drawing radii for each remaining slice
Label each slice
Add a title if needed
