Draw a small circle for the center
Draw four heart-shaped leaves around the circle
Make each leaf similar in size
Space the leaves evenly around the center
Add a thin stem below the center
Connect the stem to the clover
Outline the shape with a darker line
Erase extra sketch lines
Add simple veins in each leaf if desired
