Update Instagram to the latest version
Open Instagram and log in to your account
Tap your profile picture
Tap the menu icon
Go to Settings and privacy
Check Account status
Make sure your account is not restricted
Switch to a professional account if needed
Clear Instagram cache
Restart the app
Restart your phone
Reinstall Instagram if Reels still do not appear
Check if Reels is available in your region
Wait for Instagram to roll out the feature to your account
Report the issue to Instagram support if necessary
