Connect your phone to the computer with a USB cable
Open Settings on your phone
Tap Network & Internet or Connections
Tap Hotspot & tethering or Tethering
Turn on USB tethering
If prompted, allow the connection or install any required drivers
Check that the computer recognizes the new network connection
