Click the cell where you want to enter data
Type the value or text
Press Enter to move to the next cell
Press Tab to move to the next cell on the right
Use the formula bar to enter or edit data
Double-click a cell to edit existing content
Press F2 to edit the active cell
Use Ctrl+Enter to enter the same value in multiple selected cells
Use Alt+Enter to add a line break within a cell
Save the workbook after entering data
