Connect your iPhone to your Mac with a USB cable
Unlock your iPhone and tap Trust if prompted
Open the Photos app on your Mac
Select your iPhone under Devices in the Photos sidebar
Choose the photos you want to import
Click Import Selected or Import All New Photos
Wait for the import to finish
Eject your iPhone safely when done
Use AirDrop to send photos wirelessly from iPhone to Mac
Open Photos on your iPhone
Select the photos you want to share
Tap Share
Tap AirDrop
Select your Mac
Accept the transfer on your Mac
Use Image Capture on your Mac
Connect your iPhone to your Mac
Open Image Capture
Select your iPhone from the device list
Choose the destination folder
Click Import or Import All
Use iCloud Photos to sync photos automatically
Turn on iCloud Photos on your iPhone
Turn on iCloud Photos on your Mac
Open the Photos app on your Mac to access synced photos
