Sign out of the Chromebook
Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r
Select Restart
On the reset screen, select Powerwash
Select Continue
Follow the on-screen prompts to reset the device
Sign in again after the reset completes
If the Chromebook is managed by your school, contact your school’s IT admin if Powerwash is blocked
