Make sure the Google Nest Hub is plugged in and powered on
On the back of the device, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds
Keep holding until the device tells you it is resetting
Release the buttons when the reset starts
Wait for the device to erase its data and restart
Set up the Google Nest Hub again in the Google Home app
