Press the Home button on the remote
Go to Settings
Select General or General & Privacy
Select Reset
Enter the PIN if prompted
Confirm the reset
Wait for the TV to restart and complete the factory reset
If needed, use the default PIN 0000
If the remote is unavailable, press and hold the Power button on the TV for about 10 seconds, then follow the on-screen reset steps if available
