Open your email app or website
Go to the All Mail, Archive, or Archived folder
Use the search bar to look for the sender, subject, or keywords
Check the More, Labels, or Folders menu for archived messages
On Gmail, open All Mail and look for emails without the Inbox label
On Outlook, check the Archive folder
On Apple Mail, check the Archive mailbox or All Mailboxes
On Yahoo Mail, search and check the Archive folder if available
Sort emails by date to find older archived messages
Use filters or advanced search options to narrow results
Check trash and spam if the email is missing
Restore the email to the inbox if needed
